eLab fellows join cohorts of about 20 for-profit and nonprofit founders and CEOs focused on the same phase of education (K-12, higher ed, or workforce).
Over the course of 8 weeks, they collect the most essential skills to become more confident, capable, and connected leaders. They learn through a mix of hands-on workshops, industry-leading speakers, peer demos, and founder-to-founder “therapy sessions.” They also build meaningful relationships with a curated community of peers and experts from around the world who all share the same mission.
Our program
The eLab fellowship
All sessions are virtual, 2 hours, and scheduled weekly. Current fellows and eLab graduates can also attend ongoing programming, including eLab’s flagship annual summit in NYC.
The last two years we hosted an eLab Summit at Columbia University over the course of a few days. This annual event provides entrepreneurs a fantastic opportunity to connect with the brightest founders in the education/future of work space, network with the biggest investors in EdTech, attend sessions with Columbia faculty and participate in industry site visits.
